Dr. Ken S. Bajaj is a pioneering technology executive whose career has shaped some of the most consequential transformations in U.S. enterprise and federal IT. As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DigitalNet.ai, he is once again leading a generational shift — this time, harnessing the unlimited power of agentic AI to help enterprises operate more intelligently, efficiently, and securely.
Dr. Bajaj began his career at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), where he oversaw the company's largest government outsourcing contract and introduced the nation's first factory automation program in the automotive industry for General Motors. From there, he became a co-founder of Perot Systems, further establishing his reputation as one of the most respected operators in IT services.
As President of I-Net Corp., Dr. Bajaj grew the company into one of the leading IT managed services providers in the United States before its sale to Wang Laboratories in 1996. He went on to found AppNet Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: APNT) in 1997 — building one of the largest interactive media services firms in the U.S., which was acquired by Commerce One in 2000 for more than $2 billion.
In 2001, he founded the original DigitalNet, Inc. (Nasdaq: DNET) to provide cybersecurity solutions to the U.S. government. He took the company public and led its sale to BAE Systems for $600 million in 2004. As President & COO of Digital Management, Inc. (DMI) starting in 2009, he expanded the organization to 2,100 employees and $400 million in annual revenue.
"Our mission is to help every enterprise harness the unlimited power of agentic AI — intelligently, efficiently, securely, and responsibly."
